Only accompanying persons (MAX 2) of students registered for attending the convocation will be issued coupons for auditorium entry. Accompanying persons registered (auditorium entry) against students not attending the convocation will be refunded the amount.

Registration Fee & Caution Deposit

  • Registration Fee:
    • Student:₹ 1500/- (non refundable)
    • Accompanying person (Auditorium): ₹ 1200/- (auditorium entry plus special lunch after convocation). Number of the Guests accompanying each student is restricted to 2. Limited seats available on first come first serve basis.
    • Accompanying person (Lecture Theater): ₹ 750/-- (attend the convocation live streaming in Lecture theater plus special lunch after convocation).
  • Eligible Students need to pay the registration fees online through Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking/UPI through the SBI collect. Link(Payment Portal)
  • Additional refundable deposit of ₹1200/-(in cash) has to be paid for issuing the convocation gown at the time of collection of the registration kit on the 19th of Aug, 2023. Please ensure to carry exact change.
