Only accompanying persons (MAX 2) of students registered for attending the convocation will be issued coupons for auditorium entry. Accompanying persons registered (auditorium entry) against students not attending the convocation will be refunded the amount.

  • Online Registration Portal: Open
  • Collection of registration kit – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, on 19th of August 2023, Saturday.
  • Full Dress Rehearsal – at 3:30 PM on 19th of August 2023, Saturday at BITS Goa Auditorium.
  • Convocation 2023 – at 9:00 AM on the 20th of August 2023, Sunday at BITS Goa Auditorium.
