Only accompanying persons (MAX 2) of students registered for attending the convocation will be issued coupons for auditorium entry. Accompanying persons registered (auditorium entry) against students not attending the convocation will be refunded the amount.

Convocation ceremony for the graduating students who have completed the eligibility requirements in the academic year 2022-23 of First Degree, Higher Degree, and Ph.D. Programs from BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa Campus is scheduled, at 9:00 AM on Sunday, 20th of August, 2023 at Goa Campus.
